My wife Diane and I have been able to go on a nice all inclusive type
vacation once or twice a year and like everyone else we look at all of
our options when it comes to planning a vacation with value being a
high priority. We mostly enjoy the Beach resorts of Mexico and favor
the all inclusive option.
Years ago we met Toni Russell of Gypsy Travel and have called on her to
assist us with our travel ever since. Not that we don’t price vacations
online as we always have we just know that she can always match and may
sometimes beat everyone else. This is great however what is special
about Toni it that she has a sincere concern for your satisfaction and
her level of service is absolutely top notch.
Toni’s professionalism and knowledge of the travel industry have helped
us out on several occasions. Last year we were scheduled to go to the
Mayan Riviera just as the H1N1 scare hit and although we were concerned
we decided to go anyway feeling that the whole thing was
sensationalized just a little bit. We had a wonderful time enjoying the
beautiful un-crowded beaches and a more relaxing atmosphere. No one get
sick however the only downside it that because so many people chose to
delay their travel the airlines dropped a lot of flights which had the
negative effect of, instead of a direct return flight to Denver we were
being rerouted through Chicago. After touching base with Toni she was
able to put us again on a direct flight through another airline. No
extra cost all we had to do is check in.

I have used Gypsy Travel for many of my travels to/from Vegas. I have

Using Toni as a travel agent for booking our trip to Mexico May of 2009 was a true blessing! I travel a lot and always use Apple, Funjet, etc. for booking my own travel thinking I save more money! Well Toni booked us a trip and saved us money! Money was not even the best part of the deal! I'm sure you all heard about the infamous "swine flu" that started in Mexico
right? Well, we went anyway knowing that the media blew everything out
of proportion. While we were out in Mexico they canceled our direct flight
back to Denver due to lack of people traveling to and from Mexico.
Toni became aware of the situation and emailed each couple (there were
3 couples). Instead of us being stressed out about having a long and
dreadful flight with a layover on our way home, we were able to relax,
swim, and have fun in the sun
while Toni made many phone calls until she was able to book us another
flight that was comparable to what we originally had paid for prior to
the swine flu chaos! Her ability to go above and beyond her call of duty made us all aware of what a big difference a great travel agent
can make when you are traveling. Due to her many years of being an
agent and her connections with the airlines she saved us many hours of
travel time and the not so good surprise of finding out our original
flight had been canceled! I would highly recommend Toni Russell
to anyone and will continue to use her for my travel plans for many
years to come! Thank you Toni for your excellence in customer
